Unless otherwise stated delivery is included to mainland UK excluding Scotland. Customers in Scotland please contact us for a quote.

Heavy goods will require 2 people to lift. The delivery driver works alone. Please make arrangements for a suitable person to meet him to facilitate entry and assist him in lifting and ensure you have checked the item will fit into your property. If you are unable to arrange help with lifting please ask us to include an assistant for the driver in our delivery quote.

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

You can return your item, undamaged and unused, within 14 days of receipt. We will refund all monies paid to us by you excluding postage / carriage within 30 days, less any costs due under the contract of sale. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are packaged appropriately and transported back to us.

Faulty Goods / Guarantee
Please check your goods on delivery – if any goods are found to be missing or damaged on arrival please notify the delivery driver and us promptly. We may request return of any damaged item, or a photograph of the problem you have identified.

In all cases the cost of returning goods to us is initially your responsibility. If, on inspection or by agreement, the goods are found to be faulty, damaged or incomplete, we will refund you reasonable postage costs and we will replace or refund you for the missing or damaged items.


Goods that are described as reclaimed, upcycled, vintage, unrestored, in original state or similar may have age related or process related damage, wear and markings.

In relation to all non “new” items, you are deemed to acknowledge that they may have been created before and not in compliance with current health and safety standards.

We have not tested any non “new” items to ensure compliance with current health and safety standards save where indicated.

We are not liable for any loss, injury or death caused by any goods due to their non “new” condition or non compliance with current health and safety standards (we recommend you ensure that any vintage electrical goods are inspected, tested and certified by a qualified electrician).
